Facilities.

The stables at Dorney Court comprise of 10 period brick built stables constructed around a cobbled yard, plus 5 wooden internal stables at Pigeon House Farm on Dorney Common.

There is a 24m x 57m floodlit sand and rubber school with schooling fences.

During the summer months a set of show jumps are set up in one of the fields, these include Gate, Wall, Water Jump, Brush & Spreads.

There is all year round grazing, most of which is post and rail fencing. During the summer months most of the horses enjoy the luxury of 24 hour turn out.

There is direct access to off road hacking while a little road work will enable you to enjoy riding further afield. There are plenty of places to canter and exercise your horse, building up both his speed and stamina whilst out on a hack. Or you can just take it easy and enjoy the relaxation and scenery of a more gentle ride, taking in stunning views of Windsor Castle or looking out for wildlife on the Jubilee River.

Throughout the year internal competitions in all disciplines are held which culminate in a Challenge Trophy. At the annual Christmas social event there are awards given for achievement throughout the year.

There is a small shop providing basic items for horse and rider. Larger items can be ordered on request.

Dorney Court has its own appointed Vet, Farrier, Equine Dentist and Saddler. Although you are free to use your own professional services if you prefer.

There are also a Club House - offering drinks & snacks, Tack room, Lorry and Trailer parking, Rug room and a Trunk Room for storing extra rugs and the more bulky equipment.

In addition to providing livery services our close proximity to many large equestrian events (for example Windsor Horse Show & Smiths Lawn Horse Trials) enables us to offer overnight stabling for competition horses. There are many hotels and guesthouses within a 5-10 minute drive of the stables, two local pubs provide meals throughout the day with Windsor and Maidenhead town centres only a short drive away.
